About Us

Insurance Managed Recruitment (IMR) is a division of the IPS Group that specialises in handling all in-house recruitment activity for insurance clients.

Initially formed in 2005 to provide outsourced recruitment services to selected global insurance clients, IMR offers a tailored service to cover all of a client's recruitment requirements. This allows the client to distinguish what areas of the recruitment process they want IMR to handle be it just process and administration or handling all of the recruitment lines for the client.

IMR employs specialists in recruitment with experience in both insurance and in-house recruitment solutions. This allows IMR to fully appreciate the needs and trends of both the recruitment & insurance market places that our clients operate in.
